Our city apartments “das windsHEIM” at Schimmelgasse 9 combine the amenities of a modern new building with the historical flair of the old town. Centrally located at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and yet in a quiet location, you can reach the Franken-Therme, Kurpark, Freilandmuseum and our main building, the Vital Hotel in Erkenbrechtallee, by foot in around 15 minutes.

The comfortable apartments in various sizes are characterized by their tasteful and well thought-out furnishings. Equipped with a modern kitchenette, high-quality box-spring beds, flat-screen TV and a cozy dining area, the apartments offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartments in categories C and D are also characterized by a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed.

In the west-facing apartments (types A, B and D), you can end the day in the warm evening sun on the cozy balcony facing the inner courtyard.

The apartments are accessible without thresholds via the elevator. Each apartment has its own parking space right outside the front door. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored in their own lockable storage compartment on the ground floor.
